    RITUAL
Using clean dry hands, apply two to three drops of Sneha face oil to face and neck. The oil can act as a hydrating base, boosting the effectiveness of these products.

In Ayurveda, MCT oil is considered beneficial for balancing Kapha dosha, as it is light and non-greasy, making it suitable for all skin types, especially oily or acne-prone skin. MCT oil helps to hydrate the skin without clogging pores, promoting a healthy and balanced complexion.

✦ Rosehip Oil is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. It is known for its ability to hydrate and nourish the skin, improve skin tone and texture, and reduce the appearance of scars, fine lines, and wrinkles. In Ayurveda, rosehip oil is considered to have a cooling and balancing effect, making it especially beneficial for Pitta dosha types who tend to have sensitive or inflamed skin. It can help soothe irritation, reduce redness, and promote a clear and radiant complexion.

✦ Castor Oil is a moisturising and conditioning oil that supports skin and hair health. In Ayurveda, castor oil is known for its Vata-balancing properties, helping to hydrate and nourish the skin while soothing any dryness or roughness, promoting overall skin health.

✦ Hempseed is a nourishing oil that moisturises and soothes the skin. In Ayurveda, hempseed is considered a balancing ingredient for all doshas, helping to hydrate and protect the skin while maintaining its natural balance and health.

✦ Seabuckthorn is a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants that protect and nourish the skin. In Ayurveda, seabuckthorn is considered a Pitta-balancing ingredient, helping to cool and rejuvenate the skin while promoting a healthy and radiant complexion.
