Shipping policy

What are the available shipping options? We ship to Australia &New Zealand only. Our products are delivered by Australia Post.

Shipping Costs: Standard Shipping $10 — please allow 6–10days to receive your package depending on your location. 

Express Shipping $18 — please allow up to 3–5 days to receive your package depending on your location. 

Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide on orders over $100 Australia Wide.

You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

My tracking shows my item has been delivered, but I haven't received it? Using the tracking number provided, please contact the delivery company directly for further details. Unfortunately we are unable to accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or delivery strikes. We accept no liability for any product once it has been delivered to your nominated address.

Help — I've entered the wrong address, what happens now? Email us immediately at hello@vamsbeauty.com and we'll do our best to help. We are unable to accept responsibility for incorrect information provided at the time of order.

When will my order be shipped? Orders are normally shipped within 1–3 business days, except on public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
