Designed to nourish the skin while supporting relaxation, circulation and lymphatic drainage, this Ayurvedic-inspired body sculpting massage tool helps leave skin firmer, smoother and deeply hydrated from head to toe.

The LAMAV Ayurvedic Body Oil combines grounding botanical oils including Sandalwood, Cedarwood and Marjoram to help calm the mind, support emotional balance and encourage moments of mindfulness and serenity. Fast-absorbing yet intensely nourishing, the body oil deeply hydrates dry skin while improving softness, suppleness and natural radiance without feeling greasy.

Paired with the LAMAV Aura Body Gua Sha, this ritual helps sculpt and tone the body through the ancient Eastern practice of Gua Sha massage. The ergonomic design glides smoothly across the skin to help stimulate circulation, release muscle tension and support lymphatic drainage while visibly improving skin tone and firmness. Regular use may also help reduce puffiness, soften the appearance of scarring and support a more sculpted, glowing complexion.
HOW TO USE

For best results, use in conjunction with the LAMAV Ayurvedic Body Oil to help the Gua Sha glide easily over your skin.

Beginning at your ankle, glide the Gua Sha upwards using firm, but gentle upward strokes. Continue behind the knee and towards the inner thigh—repeating 3–5 times per leg. For the back of the leg, use long strokes from the ankle to the buttocks.

Press and scrape the Gua Sha outwards over the chest. Then beginning at the base of your ear, use firm strokes along your neck and shoulder. To relieve neck tension, start at the base of your neck, scraping and stroking downwards and outwards.

To cover the torso, use downward and outward strokes—repeating 3–5 times on each side.

Finish with your arms using upward strokes from your wrist towards your elbow, then your elbow to armpit and elbow to the back of your arm. Repeat 3–5 times per arm.
