Standard Shipping $10 please allow 6 -15 days to receive your package.

Express Shipping $15 please allow up to 6 days to receive you package.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80

We ship to Australia only. Our products are delivered by Australia Post.

You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Orders are normally shipped between 1 – 3 business days, except for public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our storeroom.

With the tracking number provided by us, please contact the delivery company for any further delivery details. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc. We accept no liability or responsibility for any product once the product has been delivered to your nominated address.

We are unable to accept responsibility for incorrect information being entered and provided by you to us. Email us immediately at hello@vainaboutmyskin.com and we'll help.

We are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, public holiday disruptions and rural and remote destinations etc.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes. We offer a 14-day return or exchange from the date of receiving your item/s.

If you have received an incorrect or a faulty product, immediately contact us upon receiving your purchase. You have up to 14 days from receiving the product to notify us of the fault. Please email hello@vainaboutmyskin.com with detailed description, photos and your purchase order number and invoice . All product queries must be accompanied by order number and Invoice provided to you upon purchase. If the product complies with our RETURNS & REFUND POLICY all purchases will be reimbursed using your original payment method. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. It may take up to 10 business days before your refund is officially deposited into your account. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return postage is paid by the sender. We advise you keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. We will not be responsible for items being returned getting stolen or lost in postage.
