Wet hair and use a small amount to lather hair with shampoo. Shampoo twice to make sure you clean your scalp well. Massage your roots and bring shampoo through to your ends. You don't need to rub the ends of your hair. It can be damaging, just a good scalp scrub is enough.

Rinse thoroughly and apply same amount of conditioner from mids to ends. Leave for a minute or two so the conditioner can soak into your hair well. If your scalp is dry apply conditioner from roots to ends and massage scalp. Rinse well and enjoy your hydrated and toned locks.
