Parting hair in sections, using the dropper apply Strengthen along the hair line. Continue along your whole head. Apply a full dropper to your palms, warm the oil in between your palms and apply to the lengths of your hair. Leave in for at least an hour or leave in overnight. Use 2-3x a week for best results.

Spend 5-10 minutes giving yourself a gentle head massage to induce blood flow - we also recommend using a heat cap or a heat bag to further increase blood flow to the scalp.

✦ REISHI MUSHROOM EXTRACT A little known powerhouse for hair health! Evidence suggests that reishi mushrooms can act as an inhibitor of DHT (the hair loss hormone). When the hair follicles are more sensitive to DHT, the DHT binds to receptors in the hair follicles, causing them to shrink, leading to androgenetic alopecia (female + male pattern hair loss). One study found that reishi mushrooms can decrease 5a-reductase production activity by 70-80%!
